Now launched: Powersim Studio 9

Powersim Studio has been transformed to support 64-bit operating systems and increased its performance. It has also been given a user interface face-lift.

All customers with a valid Support and Upgrade Agreement (SUA) are welcome to download this new Major Release on our web pages.

The following new features are available for all Powersim Studio 9 modelling editions, including the new Powersim Studio 9 Premium, and end user editions:

Now the software is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. If you use a 64-bit version operating system, you merely need to decide which version to download.
Variable Value Memory is up to 2 GB, which allows for more efficient handling of large models.
The simulation performance in the 32-bit version has increased which will speed up your simulations
Import of data values through Datasets is now possible for Start-up variables
Movable legend in Time Graphs and Charts in four different positions adds flexibility
Presentation Sidekicks allowing for HTML content Add one or up to four Sidekick windows to your presentation to provide an integrated and flexible user interface for your models.
It is now possible to have up to 1,000,000 runs in a simulation, the convergence in your analysis are now only limited to your patience.
The user interface of Studio has undergone a face-lift. The icons in toolbars, menus, and the various windows of the application are now true color icons.

The Powersim Studio 9 will install on top of your current version of Studio 8.
